After discovering my love and appreciation of the art of making desserts, I dove head first into professional baking and never looked back. Formal training or culinary school were not in my cards, as I always preferred to learn the old-fashioned way, by working under the tutalage of some of the best chef’s in the country. Manhattan to LA, I worked long nights and early mornings in various bakeries and restaurants, each one bringing forth their own skill-set, flavor profile, and technique. Perfecting recipes, discovering perfect balances, and experimenting with ingredients became a way of life and an endless passion.
Crumb Fairy Bakery sprang to life in 2007 and has since been providing quality desserts and pastries to some of the finest restaurants, cafés, hotels, and caterers in Los Angeles.
